STEP 3: I keep the end pieces in from ends about 1/32”. If the plywood warps any, it will still allow the Modules to fit tightly. Drill, glue and screw  the blocks and cross pieces. Check for your foam base thickness. Then check for squareness. You should have a measurement of  41 11/16” when measured diagonally. STEP 2: My blocks are 2 5/16” thick. This is so I can use 1 ½” foam base. If you want to use 1” foam, cut the pieces 2 13/16” thick. Countersink             for the screws. Plywood will split. I use #8 countersink and #8 by 2 inch screws. Drill, glue and screw.
