STEP 6: Insert Foam. Then flip upside down and weight well. The chemical reaction will make it swell some. It will then turn yellow when it is              cured which is about 4 hours. Gorilla glue is a little extra work, but it is worth it. It doesn’t react with the foam and will not let go. STEP 7: Caulk any seams and sand smooth. There are usually little holes in the plywood edges. Use only paintable and sandable acrylic caulking.              DO NOT forget to sand the foam too. Paint, cork and scenery will adhere much better.
