Step 10: Cork has rough edges where it pulls apart. Sand Smooth. This is also a good time to sand out any bumps that may be on the cork.                This step will save many derailments later.  Before After Step 11: Glue on the PC ties. These are milled by Mike Smithson. They are quite ingenious as they give a longer flatter surface to solder your rail                ends to. I use Aleene’s tacky glue. I find it works very well.
