Napanee Show Highlights:
Well to quote our HO2GO Coordinator Bill Lawrence: “Another one in the books” John Woolhead sent
an invitation to come to the Napanee Model Train Show which was held on September 16th & 17th 2023
at 170 York Street (Sadly destroyed by Arson). The days were absolutely gorgeous with warm temperatures.
Overall the show was relatively moderate with most people between 10am and noon.
So these type shows, attracts all sort of people, but Bill captured the true meaning of trains running on our
layouts. There were many vendors at the show to satisfy our model train requirements and offer many ideas
in getting started in the hobby.
Without the operators of our N T-Trak and HO2GO module layouts, they contributed to made the event a
great success. I Thank each individual for manning their trains on the MVAR layouts.
