Step 16: Then I solder on my guard rails. They are 1 ¼ins. with the last ¼ins. bent in slightly. Chamfer slightly the inside edge. I double check this with my gauge and my truck as well. If there any humps, bumps, or whatever, fix it now. Step 17: Mount your latched. Mike Smithson has a jig for this also. I used another modules on either end because I forgot to borrow the jig. This is definitely fiddly to get them right and snug.
